Any additional donations to our mission are appreciated.
The ticket purchasing platform (Zeffy.com) allows our nonprofit to keep 100% of your ticket price, but will automatically add a “tip” at the time of purchase. This tip is not required and does not go to the Ecovillage, so you can remove it by choosing “other” and then entering $0.
We want our festival to be accessible to all, so all our prices are pay what you can. You get to choose what feels right for you, and here are some guidelines we suggest thinking about as you make your contribution.
If you are a person with financial stability, money in savings, and/or the ability to do things like take vacations and go out to concert or restaurants regularly, we recommend you pay the recommended price (Or more! We appreciate your donations!)
If you are a person who lives paycheck to paycheck, doesn’t have access to savings, or comes from an economically marginalized community, feel free to pay what feels possible for you on the sliding scale.
We also have the option to get a free ticket to the festival in exchange for 5 hours of work. We are going to need many hands to make this weekend a success, and we appreciate all the help we can get!
Thank you for supporting the Ecovillage and our mission!
You will be asked to sign a waiver and read our community agreements as you purchase tickets. Those things are available here: https://minnesotaecovillage.org/waiver-agreements/
Food
Food is on your own except for the potluck Friday, and Saturday dinner (Menu TBD - expect fall themed deliciousness with vegetarian options available)
Sunday there will be a pancake breakfast, suggested donation:
Adults $10
Kids 10-17 $5
Kids under 10 free
What to Bring
Water bottle, layers for changing weather (we will be outside all day), costumes (if you desire), pumpkin carving tools, materials to decorate a scarecrow with a team, instrument for jamming, things to share for the clothing swap, headlamp for activities after dark, camping gear, food to share on Friday evening, breakfast and lunch on Saturday
Camping at the Ecovillage is rustic (outhouses, no air conditioned spaces or refrigerators available for guests) so please plan accordingly. We will have plentiful clean water for you to drink.
Do not bring pets, firearms, fireworks, lots of disposable things that turn into trash (please pack out your trash and recycling with you).
