a fundraiser for our nonprofit,
a retreat for the solace of green things,
a dance party in the woods,
a festival of the Sun
June 19-21, 2026
We are excited to invite you to the Ecovillage for our second annual Summer Solstice Festival! On the longest day of the year, we are gathering together to celebrate our the beginning of our third year on this land and the return of the Sun -- with shared food, music, dancing, and art.
We are planning a fun, chill weekend with time to explore and enjoy our 66 acres of nature, connect with new and old friends, listen to some great music, and participate in some vibey, nature-based rituals.
Adventure possibilities include: walking through the Magic Forest, beach party and pond swimming, playing in the river, saying hello to horses and chickens, and finding a good spot to hammock amongst the trees.
If you're camping, feel free to arrive any time on Friday. We have simple mowed camp sites amongst the trees (no parking at camp sites) and a few parking spots for car/van/truck camping.
We will be giving Ecovillage tours every hour on Friday -- this is a great opportunity to learn about the land and our community, and to ask any questions you may have.
Festivities kick off Friday evening with a potluck dinner -- bring something to share! The Ecovillage band will open the night, followed by Emmy Woods!
Saturday morning we will have coffee available, and then yoga on the deck. (Feel free to provide your own breakfast and lunch on Saturday) Throughout the day we will have musicians on the deck. There will also be art for sale from some of our Villagers and friends, and a beach party by the pond. We'll gather at 5:00 for a vegetarian dinner provided by the Village (with communal cleanup together after). Saturday night is more music by Pine and Fire, followed by a sunset dance party DJed by Xminus1! We will close the night out with a giant bonfire.
Sunday morning we'll have coffee again, and an optional pancake breakfast . After breakfast we'll have a soundbath by Sarah Bird followed by a riverside Solstice ritual. Feel free to linger at the beach in the afternoon as you pack up camp and get ready to say goodbye.
